I highly recommend using Auto Glass Guru. Windshield was replaced within 1 day from the time I requested a quote online. The cost was more affordable than Safelite (and other competitors) and the service was great.

Everything went smoothly for my windshield replacement and the finished product looks great. A little feedback to indicate why I did not give 5 starts. 1) The confirmation email that was sent to me this morning did not have a name, phone number, or estimated time for the technician (as I was told it would when I booked the appointment on the phone). 2) The technician did not have any receipt/invoice, paperwork, or information regarding the transaction (even though I was told on the phone that he would), and told me to email in for the invoice receipt. He did not even know the phone number for me to call to get the warranty information (I was told when booking the appointment that he would go over that with me). Other than these things, the technician was kind, quick, and efficient (done within half an hour). I hope to get the invoice and warranty information via email still, but that is all that I need. Thanks for everything.

Auto Glass Guru was amazing to work with! Yesterday morning I walked out and saw my windshield had been shattered (it looked like someone had jumped on it or there was a fight and someone was thrown on top shattering the whole driver side) and I was devastated. Sergio helped walk me through the process and connected me with Cutting Edge Glass Company who came out to my apartment to replace it the next morning!! All for cheaper than the company that my insurance had connected me with.
