My experience with Auto Glass Guru was very good. Setting up the appointment was simple and fast. I scheduled the glass to be replaced in two days and the installer was there right as planned. Also, communication with my installer Jonathan was very easy and straightforward. He provided me with an accurate time estimate to complete the job. By chance, this was the same technician that replaced my windshield last year when it was also hit by a stone. This time as well as the first replacement, he did an excellent, thorough job in a reasonable amount of time. Great service from local vendor. However, I did not understand that he would charge me $125. On top of the 288$ glass guru charged. 413$ was no bargain. Could have called safelight at that price.
