I got a voicemail from the office to set an appointment, I called back they gave me two choices, the first one is 8:00AM to 11:00AM, The second is 1:00PM to 4:00PM, I choose the AM, waited until 10:30 AM no one show up, I called in and he told me the appointment is 8:00AM to 4:00PM, its some kind of missed communication between the net work, when the service van show up, he took out the old windshield but he could not install the new windshield because the windshield had factory defect,the new windshield was in stall in following day, after all the new windshield is looking good.

Rodrigo was the person who serviced our vehicle here at NorCal Home Improvements on 2/10/20 He was here on time, very polite and respectful. Has all his tools to work with and finished at a respectable time. We appreciate the work! Rodrigo did a great job!! no problems. easy to set up. simple phone call. as far as Auto Glass Guru's contracted installer goes, they couldnt be more nice while taking care of my suv. glass was installed and my suv was ready to go in 45 minutes. a please to do business with them. i highly recommend! thank you
