Installer called prior to service, as agreed. Installer performed repairs promptly after arrival. Only small issue was that the installer asked me to sign a completion slip prior to my validation of the work. After validation, everything seemed to be in order, and the work appeared to be done correctly. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and I would recommend to a friend.

When I made the appointment the lady that helped me was really nice and helpful. But the man that came to replace my windshield was not friendly at all, kind of rude in that when he was finished he just handed me the keys and didn’t explain anything that he had done. He just said not to take tape off and not to wash my car.

The experience with contacting and scheduling the windshield replacement was very easy. Unfortunately, I noticed on the way home from having the windshield installed the windshield did not have the sunshield (blue coloring) along the top as I had discussed with your representative on the phone. I had this on my previous windshield yet the installer didn't pick up on this difference either.
