I got everything I was told I would. I recieved a call before installer arrived. My installer was kind and very professional. He said when he would be done and was done under an hour. He cleaned up and I was very satisfied with the job.

By chance, this was the same technician that replaced my windshield last year when it was also hit by a stone. This time as well as the first replacement, he did an excellent, thorough job in a reasonable amount of time. He was courteous, friendly and made certain that the windshield was clean before he left me with instructions now that the job was complete. Thank You

Great job on the windshield replacement but the technician was a few hours later than i was told he was going to be. Other than the late appearance he did a great job and clearly knew his stuff.
