They did a great job on the windshield, It was done quickly and great quality. My only complaint would be that I was told it would be done between 8am and 4pm, and that someone would call and give a narrowed down time so I would know what to expect. By 3:30 I had not seen nor heard from anyone, and I had to call them to find out what was going on. They were very apologetic and said he would be at my place by 5pm. I had some errands I really needed to do so they agreed that if I wasn't back in time they would wait for me. I got back by 4:45 and they arrived at 5 and the windshield got done. I would have appreciated a heads up on the time frame a little earlier, but I was happy that they were willing to work with me.

Service was great but I asked the installer if he was sure there was no need for dealer inside the gasket, he didn’t use any and now my windshield leaks. I will be calling customer service to get this fixed.
