An email regarding 'Your Appointment With Windshield Guru' came at 11:21 today and Auto Glass Direct arrived at 10am. I was expecting a confirmation email with who and what time my appointment would be back on 11/5 when the appointment was scheduled with Luke/Jaylin. I call early today to find out if the appointment was truly scheduled, at which time I was promptly transferred to Roy who confirmed an arrival time. Thanks Terri
