Refused to come onto base to fix windshield after saying it was ok. Customer service was horrible and the opperated actually argued with me. Technition had a hard time finding the right gate, but from what I see did a good job. He even waited at the gate for me to go get the truck.

I feel this is the worst service and customer service I’ve ever received! They sent email confirmed the appointment but no show!no contact! They kept saying will call After we Called many times! However they never called ! The person who answered phone was really rude and no professional manner ! Hang up the phone without giving any information useful! The conversation was end with no solution!
