Toyota Auto Glass Repaired or Replaced In Your Driveway!

Auto Glass Guru was amazing to work with! Yesterday morning I walked out and saw my windshield had been shattered (it looked like someone had jumped on it or there was a fight and someone was thrown on top shattering the whole driver side) and I was devastated. I did a quick internet search for reliable and highly rated windshield replacement companies and came across Auto Glass Guru! Sergio helped walk me through the process and connected me with Cutting Edge Glass Company who came out to my apartment to replace it the next morning!! All for cheaper than the company that my insurance had connected me with. I appreciate everything that Auto Glass Guru has helped me with, they made the process very easy and I will definitely refer anyone that needs auto glass replacements to them.

Did not show up on scheduled day. No call. When tried to call them, no answer. Rescheduled “First thing” following morning. No call. Received call 11:00am. No call when they were finished. I had to call technician. He told me it was completed. I called around 5:00pm. Uncertain when it was actually completed. Tech told me he had to call back that there was something wrong with condenser. Not sure if there is going to be follow up or not. I’ll see if there is any issue.

I love the new windshield for the most part. The problem is if my car gets up in speed I have a rattle in the left side that sounds like the windshield is going to flap off and fly away, It starts at about 65 and gets worse. It is rather unnurving. The only good part is that unless I am passing or visiting out of state i dont have the issue much. It just should not be an issue at all. The guy did eventually find me and do the work. Besides the rattle it is all good. Thank you, I do wish I knew what to do about the rattle. Phyllis Hense 503-681-6948
