Service was delayed 2 days and then when they did show up they had the wrong part. On the phone I clearly told them it was the rear glass that was broken and then the wrong part was ordered. Looking back at the confirmation email it doesn't say rear, but that was made over a phone call. Overall a frustrating experience.

They were Beyond helpful I needed my glass replaced as soon as possible and they were able to replace it literally the next day as soon as they had the glass in stock. Great communication extremely friendly and best of all they came to my work and was able to get the job done in less than an hour.

''Auto Glass Direct'' did a professional job on the installation of my windshield. Windshield Guru, I would give a 4 rating. An email regarding 'Your Appointment With Windshield Guru' came at 11:21 today and Auto Glass Direct arrived at 10am. I was expecting a confirmation email with who and what time my appointment would be back on 11/5 when the appointment was scheduled with Luke/Jaylin. I call early today to find out if the appointment was truly scheduled, at which time I was promptly transferred to Roy who confirmed an arrival time. Thanks Terri
