Refused to come onto base to fix windshield after saying it was ok. Customer service was horrible and the opperated actually argued with me. Technition had a hard time finding the right gate, but from what I see did a good job. He even waited at the gate for me to go get the truck.

I have to down grade the previously submitted service rating after noticing lots of broken glass shards on the floor and seat of the van, when I attempted to drive it a couple of days after the new windshield was installed. I had not seen any on the dashboard, but had not looked at the floor on the passenger side. Rod Johnson

Daniel was really great. Very easy going friendly and flexible. He wasn't told to come after 2 and he didn't know that I was paying cash. I wish my conversation with the person who made the reservation had been conveyed to him. Otherwise excellent service.
