''Auto Glass Direct'' did a professional job on the installation of my windshield.
Windshield Guru, I would give a 4 rating. An email regarding 'Your Appointment With Windshield Guru' came at 11:21 today and Auto Glass Direct arrived at 10am. I was expecting a confirmation email with who and what time my appointment would be back on 11/5 when the appointment was scheduled with Luke/Jaylin. I call early today to find out if the appointment was truly scheduled, at which time I was promptly transferred to Roy who confirmed an arrival time.

the communication with staff beforehand was seriously lacking and I was given little to no time frame of when someone would come to repair my window. Once he arrived, he was very friendly and efficient, but I would have appreciated more transparency from the company. The whole thing felt a bit sketchy.

Two installers were very professional. I've not had a windshield replaced before, but it looks like they did a fine job. I'm waiting for the 'glue' to cure for 24 hours before driving it, so I will contact you if there are any issues. Thanks for the quick service. (unfortunately, I did not take any pictures)
