''Auto Glass Direct'' did a professional job on the installation of my windshield. Windshield Guru, I would give a 4 rating. An email regarding 'Your Appointment With Windshield Guru' came at 11:21 today and Auto Glass Direct arrived at 10am. I was expecting a confirmation email with who and what time my appointment would be back on 11/5 when the appointment was scheduled with Luke/Jaylin. I call early today to find out if the appointment was truly scheduled, at which time I was promptly transferred to Roy who confirmed an arrival time. Thanks Terri

they called ahead of time, arrived on time , worked smoothly and did a good job. this team to be recommended to anyone requiring a replacement windshield.

I was told that the guys were suppose to come early, came at 4pm. When they were pulling into my drive I could hear the driver cursing someone off from another vehicle. When they knocked on my door they didn’t say hi or anything, just I need the keys to move the car to the street. They were cursing loudly and didn’t have any manners, they were rough with my car. Bout 15 minutes before they were done, a truck stopped in the middle of the road to talk, traffic was backed up and they talked for about 10 minutes, didn’t seem to care. I wasn’t happy with the service but gave them, a 5 dollar tip and a 5 star review, because customer service called me 3 minutes after I made a review about not being contacted for a week. A week later, I found a elbow dent on my hood and emailed guru they said I needed pictures prior the replacement I provided them with the picture and they said I was basically screwed.... Spend a little more money and go to satellite, because I’m pretty these people were felons... and they don’t care about your vehicle
