The back trunk was not vacuumed out thoroughly. Lots of very tiny fragments were left behind, and in the two ''holes'' ie anchor points in the floor of trunk there are lots of 1'' fragments that were left behind. The glass was not swept up from the driveway, and unfortunately that apparently is not part of your protocol, but in my opinion poor customer service. Also, the blue painter's tape was left on the car which should have been removed.
The window was installed properly and looks nice.

Good installation on the windshield, but the installer broke the bracket on the mirror mount, did not inform me, and attempted to glue it to the windshield. Glue failed on day 1. I stopped at the installer's office today and they promised to order a new mirror and come out and install it. I understand that errors happen, but it would have been preferable if the installer had told me and not tried to hide the situation with an ineffective attempt at fixing it.
