I was told that someone would call between 9 and 4 on Tuesday 12/3/19 and show up a half hour later to replace my windshield.
No one called, no one showed up. I called 844-720-2020 at 4:14pm and spoke to a Hispanic female. She stated I was scheduled for Wednesday 12/3/19 between 10am and 12pm. I told her 12/3/19 is today which is a Tuesday. She indicated someone screwed up the schedule. She then wanted to know if I had a garage someone could work in if it is raining. I told her I do not. She then went on to say that she would have someone call me at some point tomorrow, 12/4/19, to reschedule if it is raining.
Not acceptable. I took the day off of work to be at home and waited on 777 Autoglass all day (and it wasn't raining) to come fix my windshield.
I want you to take the $278.80 hold off of my bank account immediately so that I can try to find a reputable and trustworthy company to come and replace my windshield. I'm beyond angry and won't use your services again.
