On time, pleasant, very efficient, did a fantastic job! The whole procedure took less than an hour! Should I ever have another problem I will contact this business again! Just a side note I had contacted SafeLite and they changed their price and added additional charges within 5 minutes! Auto Glass Guru quoted me a price, stuck with the price, and did an excellent job staying in contact with me. Thank you it could have not been a better experience!!!! I give you a 10+ rating! I got a voicemail from the office to set an appointment, I called back they gave me two choices, the first one is 8:00AM to 11:00AM, The second is 1:00PM to 4:00PM, I choose the AM, waited until 10:30 AM no one show up, I called in and he told me the appointment is 8:00AM to 4:00PM, its some kind of missed communication between the net work, when the service van show up, he took out the old windshield but he could not install the new windshield because the windshield had factory defect,the new windshield was in stall in following day, after all the new windshield is looking good.

I was told that the guys were suppose to come early, came at 4pm. When they were pulling into my drive I could hear the driver cursing someone off from another vehicle. When they knocked on my door they didn’t say hi or anything, just I need the keys to move the car to the street. They were cursing loudly and didn’t have any manners, they were rough with my car. Bout 15 minutes before they were done, a truck stopped in the middle of the road to talk, traffic was backed up and they talked for about 10 minutes, didn’t seem to care. I wasn’t happy with the service but gave them, a 5 dollar tip and a 5 star review, because customer service called me 3 minutes after I made a review about not being contacted for a week. A week later, I found a elbow dent on my hood and emailed guru they said I needed pictures prior the replacement I provided them with the picture and they said I was basically screwed.... Spend a little more money and go to satellite, because I’m pretty these people were felons... and they don’t care about your vehicle

The guy who installed the windshield was a good guy who offered to move the appointment back because of my work schedule which I really appreciated. Nothing bad to say about the experience.
