When I made the appointment the lady that helped me was really nice and helpful. But the man that came to replace my windshield was not friendly at all, kind of rude in that when he was finished he just handed me the keys and didn’t explain anything that he had done. He just said not to take tape off and not to wash my car.

My SUV was broke at Home Depot parking lot in the evening, and I need my windows to be installed ASAP, preferably next day. Searched online during the night and find this service. Never has this ''coming to your home and repair'' kind of service before but want to have a try. It would be very convenient. The rep called me in the morning and discussed with me a few options. Then scheduled a technician from an Auto Window Repair company to come in the afternoon between 1 to 3pm. The service company then called and verified again which windows needed to be replaced. The technical came in around 2pm and finished less than one hour. The quality is great, and just looks like nothing happened to that window. I am satisfied and highly recommend this service.

After 10 years, windshield of our Jeep was full of little spots which made it really difficult to see through when bright light was shining through like in the night or during sunrise or sunset. Then large crack appeared as well and even though it wasn't growing, we decided it was time to get the new window. Online search and two days later, we had new window. Everything went smooth, from online order, phone confirmation next day to installer arriving second day and replacing the window in 40 minutes in our driveway. Definitely recommended.
