This morning at 9:45 Auto Glass Guru installer called; stated they where on their way and the minute they arrived and when right to work on the replacement. At about 11:25 they were done and did and great job, took time to talk as they completed the job.... They were great, my hat off to you guys for the price and job....Thank you...

I am very impressed with the professionalism and customer friendly service of Windshield Guru/SDK Auto Glass and each of the employees with whom I spoke regarding my order. I was particularly pleased that I got a return phone call on a Sunday that allowed the expediting of my order and the installation of my new windshield. I selected Windshield Guru because it uses Pilkington glass. Every other windshield glass installer I spoke with only offered SZG which my research indicates is not as good. Good job all around!

Everything went smoothly for my windshield replacement and the finished product looks great. A little feedback to indicate why I did not give 5 starts. 1) The confirmation email that was sent to me this morning did not have a name, phone number, or estimated time for the technician (as I was told it would when I booked the appointment on the phone). 2) The technician did not have any receipt/invoice, paperwork, or information regarding the transaction (even though I was told on the phone that he would), and told me to email in for the invoice receipt. He did not even know the phone number for me to call to get the warranty information (I was told when booking the appointment that he would go over that with me). Other than these things, the technician was kind, quick, and efficient (done within half an hour). I hope to get the invoice and warranty information via email still, but that is all that I need. Thanks for everything.
