Pros: competitive price, quick call back to schedule appointment, installation took less than an hour, windshield looks good as new. Cons: Their window of time for appointments is too open. I was told they would be here anywhere between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. I had to wait around the house all day... very inconvenient. Also, I was not impressed with their customer service when I needed to reschedule my appointment.

They called 30 minutes before arrival. Windshield replacement done in about 50 minutes. Very professional. They even put my parking permit back without tearing it apart and also glued back my dash cam and Good to Go transponder. Highly recommended!

Everything went smoothly for my windshield replacement and the finished product looks great. A little feedback to indicate why I did not give 5 starts. 1) The confirmation email that was sent to me this morning did not have a name, phone number, or estimated time for the technician (as I was told it would when I booked the appointment on the phone). 2) The technician did not have any receipt/invoice, paperwork, or information regarding the transaction (even though I was told on the phone that he would), and told me to email in for the invoice receipt. He did not even know the phone number for me to call to get the warranty information (I was told when booking the appointment that he would go over that with me). Other than these things, the technician was kind, quick, and efficient (done within half an hour). I hope to get the invoice and warranty information via email still, but that is all that I need. Thanks for everything.
