The folks I met were super nice. He replaced the windshield but unfortunately during the install the new windshield broke. He said he’d be back next week to replace it. This is not a problem at all and like I said he was super nice.

Good installation on the windshield, but the installer broke the bracket on the mirror mount, did not inform me, and attempted to glue it to the windshield. Glue failed on day 1. I stopped at the installer's office today and they promised to order a new mirror and come out and install it. I understand that errors happen, but it would have been preferable if the installer had told me and not tried to hide the situation with an ineffective attempt at fixing it.
