2003 Jeep Grand CherokeeThey called 30 minutes before arrival. Windshield replacement done in about 50 minutes. Very professional. They even put my parking permit back without tearing it apart and also glued back my dash cam and Good to Go transponder. Highly recommended!

2017 Kia SorentoThe workman was friendly and knowledgable but I was more than surprised that he did not have suction cup devices to hold the windshield above the mounting frame. He nearly smashed his fingers as he used brute force to center the glass in place. I will cross my fingers that the seal will hold beyond 2 days when I can get the car washed again. jeff Hollers

2003 Volkswagen JettaMid-morning of the appointment date I phoned Barrier Glass to inquire as to whether they had indeed received an appointment on my behalf from Windshield Guru. The phone was answered by a person not conversant in English and he muttered something about ''coming tomorrow.'' This led me to believe something was amiss. I subsequently called Windshield Guru in order to sort out whether the appointment was to be fulfilled as scheduled or not, and the customer service representative then called Barrier Glass vis-a-vis the proper contact person & number. Things began to improve from there. Barrier Glass eventually arrived at 3:00 PM (delayed by a flat tire by two hours), and the technician replaced the broken side window within an hour's time. He did a good job. I suggest partner companies such as Barrier Glass make sure to phone customers by 9 AM the morning of scheduled service and confirm both that they received orders and what will be the projected time of arrival. I also suggest Windshield Guru provides their service partner's contact information to customers at the time an order is placed.
