Thank you very much for hooking me up with a window, it looks great. The whole process was quicker than I anticipated, really appreciate the last minute appointment as well. Out of all the places I called to get quotes from the only one that could get it done right away. All the rest couldn't make it out until next week and I really didn't want to go that long without a window especially knowing some thieves had access at anytime to my vehicle.

I love the new windshield for the most part. The problem is if my car gets up in speed I have a rattle in the left side that sounds like the windshield is going to flap off and fly away, It starts at about 65 and gets worse. It is rather unnurving. The only good part is that unless I am passing or visiting out of state i dont have the issue much. It just should not be an issue at all. The guy did eventually find me and do the work. Besides the rattle it is all good. Thank you, I do wish I knew what to do about the rattle.

I got a voicemail from the office to set an appointment, I called back they gave me two choices, the first one is 8:00AM to 11:00AM, The second is 1:00PM to 4:00PM, I choose the AM, waited until 10:30 AM no one show up, I called in and he told me the appointment is 8:00AM to 4:00PM, its some kind of missed communication between the net work, when the service van show up, he took out the old windshield but he could not install the new windshield because the windshield had factory defect,the new windshield was in stall in following day, after all the new windshield is looking good.
