Refunds and WarrantyIn order to book an auto glass appointment, we require your credit card information to place an authorization on your card for the cost of the replacement. We will charge your card once the work has been completed.
You may cancel your appointment at any time before your appointment without incurring a charge. Once we have replaced your auto glass, we are unable to refund your money. However, we warranty that your new auto glass and its installation will be free from defects in workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
