I have to down grade the previously submitted service rating after noticing lots of broken glass shards on the floor and seat of the van, when I attempted to drive it a couple of days after the new windshield was installed. No appointment in advance. Called the day of the appt, when I called back he said he couldn't come anymore because he was in another part of town. Rescheduled for 8am two days later, and still a no show. I was charged 345$ for no windshield!!
