Service was delayed 2 days and then when they did show up they had the wrong part. On the phone I clearly told them it was the rear glass that was broken and then the wrong part was ordered. Looking back at the confirmation email it doesn't say rear, but that was made over a phone call. Overall a frustrating experience.

I got everything I was told I would. I recieved a call before installer arrived. My installer was kind and very professional. He said when he would be done and was done under an hour. He cleaned up and I was very satisfied with the job.

After 10 years, windshield of our Jeep was full of little spots which made it really difficult to see through when bright light was shining through like in the night or during sunrise or sunset. Then large crack appeared as well and even though it wasn't growing, we decided it was time to get the new window. Online search and two days later, we had new window. Everything went smooth, from online order, phone confirmation next day to installer arriving second day and replacing the window in 40 minutes in our driveway. Definitely recommended.
