Received a call from the Windshield Guru rep (Mike) once I completed the online form. Mile walked me through a the sequence leading up to installation of windshield. Super straight forward, and they performed the installation flawlessly. Was a good experience. ..

''Auto Glass Direct'' did a professional job on the installation of my windshield. Windshield Guru, I would give a 4 rating. An email regarding 'Your Appointment With Windshield Guru' came at 11:21 today and Auto Glass Direct arrived at 10am. I was expecting a confirmation email with who and what time my appointment would be back on 11/5 when the appointment was scheduled with Luke/Jaylin. I call early today to find out if the appointment was truly scheduled, at which time I was promptly transferred to Roy who confirmed an arrival time. Thanks Terri

The installer did come after calling. He was distinctly aloof. He may indeed be technically correct, but he didnt mount the interior rearview mirror and he left a mess in the floorboards. Respectfully, Tim Nichols
