Refused to come onto base to fix windshield after saying it was ok. Customer service was horrible and the opperated actually argued with me. Technition had a hard time finding the right gate, but from what I see did a good job. He even waited at the gate for me to go get the truck.

By chance, this was the same technician that replaced my windshield last year when it was also hit by a stone.
