Yesterday morning I walked out and saw my windshield had been shattered (it looked like someone had jumped on it or there was a fight and someone was thrown on top shattering the whole driver side) and I was devastated. I did a quick internet search for reliable and highly rated windshield replacement companies and came across Auto Glass Guru! Sergio helped walk me through the process and connected me with Cutting Edge Glass Company who came out to my apartment to replace it the next morning!! All for cheaper than the company that my insurance had connected me with. I appreciate everything that Auto Glass Guru has helped me with, they made the process very easy and I will definitely refer anyone that needs auto glass replacements to them.

I was very happy with the service I received! Before starting, they made sure it was the right windshield. Both of the service men were very kind and very knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly. I even found out I have a small humidifier behind The rear view mirror. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. My contacts from the first call to installation were all great.

Jake was great ..he was correcting treys work ..somebody should talk to trey about the service hes giving ..incomplete glue job left alot of wind noise which caused for the second install..and also let trey know to contact customer when finishing the job..simple common curtosy ....thanks again !I would still recommend guru..but i cant say i would recommend trey doing the work ...for the fact it wasnt correctly installed ..
