I was very happy with the service I received! Before starting, they made sure it was the right windshield. Both of the service men were very kind and very knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly. I even found out I have a small humidifier behind The rear view mirror. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. My contacts from the first call to installation were all great.

The workman was friendly and knowledgable but I was more than surprised that he did not have suction cup devices to hold the windshield above the mounting frame. He nearly smashed his fingers as he used brute force to center the glass in place. I will cross my fingers that the seal will hold beyond 2 days when I can get the car washed again. jeff Hollers

I feel this is the worst service and customer service I’ve ever received! They sent email confirmed the appointment but no show!no contact! They kept saying will call After we Called many times! However they never called ! The person who answered phone was really rude and no professional manner ! Hang up the phone without giving any information useful! The conversation was end with no solution!

The first windshield order was incorrect, F250 windshield instead of f150. The next day Auto Glass now did not have my order information correct, and it took over an hour and four phone calls to finally get it sorted out. Once it was sorted out the installment went fine.
