Good installation on the windshield, but the installer broke the bracket on the mirror mount, did not inform me, and attempted to glue it to the windshield. Glue failed on day 1. I stopped at the installer's office today and they promised to order a new mirror and come out and install it. I understand that errors happen, but it would have been preferable if the installer had told me and not tried to hide the situation with an ineffective attempt at fixing it.

Everything went smoothly for my windshield replacement and the finished product looks great. A little feedback to indicate why I did not give 5 starts. 1) The confirmation email that was sent to me this morning did not have a name, phone number, or estimated time for the technician (as I was told it would when I booked the appointment on the phone). 2) The technician did not have any receipt/invoice, paperwork, or information regarding the transaction (even though I was told on the phone that he would), and told me to email in for the invoice receipt. He did not even know the phone number for me to call to get the warranty information (I was told when booking the appointment that he would go over that with me). Other than these things, the technician was kind, quick, and efficient (done within half an hour). I hope to get the invoice and warranty information via email still, but that is all that I need. Thanks for everything.
