I was told that someone would call between 9 and 4 on Tuesday 12/3/19 and show up a half hour later to replace my windshield. No one called, no one showed up. I called 844-720-2020 at 4:14pm and spoke to a Hispanic female. She stated I was scheduled for Wednesday 12/3/19 between 10am and 12pm. I told her 12/3/19 is today which is a Tuesday. She indicated someone screwed up the schedule. She then wanted to know if I had a garage someone could work in if it is raining. I told her I do not. She then went on to say that she would have someone call me at some point tomorrow, 12/4/19, to reschedule if it is raining. Not acceptable. I took the day off of work to be at home and waited on 777 Autoglass all day (and it wasn't raining) to come fix my windshield. I want you to take the $278.80 hold off of my bank account immediately so that I can try to find a reputable and trustworthy company to come and replace my windshield. I'm beyond angry and won't use your services again.

It was very pleasant to work with everyone involved - sales, customer service and the tech that installed my glass in less than 30 minutes. There was a little confusion around the service address, as mistakenly my billing city and zip was reported on the ticket, but the tech was very easy to communicate with (call and text) and it didn't take away from the excellent overall experience.
