Service was quick and installer was great. My only suggestion would be to have the installer and truck marked with a company logo.

They did tell me the window comes tinted already and it was not but over all pleased just need to be truthful Thanks

When I spoke to Mike on the phone he was great. He is the main reason I chose to go with your company, despite getting lower quotes. Unfortunately, things started to not go so well after that. I scheduled my appointment for Thursday with him. However, they showed up today to do the work without the numerous notifications I was told I would receive. I only received an email this morning stating they were coming and a phone call upon arrival. Fortunately, they were able to wait for me to become available. I was impressed with the customer service I received from ''Julio'' (I think). The workmanship looks good and he even took the time to put my oil check sticker and decorative mirror item back in place. The last negative feedback I have is that he was supposed to notify me when he was finished working on the windshield so that I would be able to lock my car. He did not do so. Leaving my car unlocked is a high risk in the neighborhood where I work. Fortunately, nothing was taken, but I still would have appreciated the chance to lock it. Thank your for your quick service. I will keep you in mind in the future if you keep Mike around!
