Jonathan was the technician who replaced the windshield. He called in advance to let me know his schedule and when I should expect him. Just as he said, he arrived. He went to work immediately and completed the job in a little over an hour. Jonathan was a very friendly young confident man. We small talked before and after the job. The folks I met were super nice. He replaced the windshield but unfortunately during the install the new windshield broke. He said he’d be back next week to replace it. This is not a problem at all and like I said he was super nice.
