The installer did come after calling. He was distinctly aloof. He may indeed be technically correct,but he didnt mount the interior rearview mirror and he left a mess in the floorboards. Respectfully, Tim Nichols

My experience with Auto Glass Guru was very good. Setting up the appointment was simple and fast. I scheduled the glass to be replaced in two days and the installer was there right as planned. Also, communication with my installer Jonathan was very easy and straightforward. He provided me with an accurate time estimate to complete the job. Glass looks great, definitely recommend Windshield Guru and will use them for all my glass needs.

They did a great job on the windshield, It was done quickly and great quality. My only complaint would be that I was told it would be done between 8am and 4pm, and that someone would call and give a narrowed down time so I would know what to expect. By 3:30 I had not seen nor heard from anyone, and I had to call them to find out what was going on. They were very apologetic and said he would be at my place by 5pm. I had some errands I really needed to do so they agreed that if I wasn't back in time they would wait for me. I got back by 4:45 and they arrived at 5 and the windshield got done. I would have appreciated a heads up on the time frame a little earlier, but I was happy that they were willing to work with me.

Thank you very much for hooking me up with a window, it looks great. The whole process was quicker than I anticipated, really appreciate the last minute appointment as well. Out of all the places I called to get quotes from the only one that could get it done right away. All the rest couldn't make it out until next week and I really didn't want to go that long without a window especially knowing some thieves had access at anytime to my vehicle.
