Did not show up on scheduled day. No call. When tried to call them, no answer. Rescheduled “First thing” following morning. No call. Received call 11:00am. No call when they were finished. I had to call technician. He told me it was completed. I called around 5:00pm. Uncertain when it was actually completed. Tech told me he had to call back that there was something wrong with condenser. Not sure if there is going to be follow up or not. I’ll see if there is any issue.

The glass was installed with a crack which I noticed first time out. The installer sent someone out to repair the scratch and all unfolded satisfactorily. The two glass techs were both pleasant individuals.
