The installer was efficient, professional, and braved the rainy cold weather to replace my cracked shield. Answered all my questions I had about the replacement. Couldn't have asked for better service. Would definitely use Auto Glass Guru again if I have issues again.

Technicians were great and pleasant. Arrived on time on day of schedule. They did a fantastic job and were completed in less than 30 mins!

I was told that someone would call between 9 and 4 on Tuesday 12/3/19 and show up a half hour later to replace my windshield. No one called, no one showed up. I called 844-720-2020 at 4:14pm and spoke to a Hispanic female. She stated I was scheduled for Wednesday 12/3/19 between 10am and 12pm. I told her 12/3/19 is today which is a Tuesday. She indicated someone screwed up the schedule. She then wanted to know if I had a garage someone could work in if it is raining. I told her I do not. She then went on to say that she would have someone call me at some point tomorrow, 12/4/19, to reschedule if it is raining. Not acceptable. I took the day off of work to be at home and waited on 777 Autoglass all day (and it wasn't raining) to come fix my windshield. I want you to take the $278.80 hold off of my bank account immediately so that I can try to find a reputable and trustworthy company to come and replace my windshield. I'm beyond angry and won't use your services again.

Pros: competitive price, quick call back to schedule appointment, installation took less than an hour, windshield looks good as new. Cons: Their window of time for appointments is too open. I was told they would be here anywhere between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. I had to wait around the house all day... very inconvenient. Also, I was not impressed with their customer service when I needed to reschedule my appointment.
