Yesterday morning I walked out and saw my windshield had been shattered (it looked like someone had jumped on it or there was a fight and someone was thrown on top shattering the whole driver side) and I was devastated. Sergio helped walk me through the process and connected me with Cutting Edge Glass Company who came out to my apartment to replace it the next morning!! All for cheaper than the company that my insurance had connected me with. I appreciate everything that Auto Glass Guru has helped me with, they made the process very easy and I will definitely refer anyone that needs auto glass replacements to them.

I feel this is the worst service and customer service I’ve ever received! They sent email confirmed the appointment but no show!no contact! They kept saying will call After we Called many times! However they never called ! The person who answered phone was really rude and no professional manner ! Hang up the phone without giving any information useful! The conversation was end with no solution!
