Did not show up on scheduled day. No call. When tried to call them, no answer. Rescheduled “First thing” following morning. No call. Received call 11:00am. No call when they were finished. I had to call technician. He told me it was completed. I called around 5:00pm. Uncertain when it was actually completed. Tech told me he had to call back that there was something wrong with condenser. Not sure if there is going to be follow up or not. I’ll see if there is any issue.

Out of all the places I called to get quotes from the only one that could get it done right away. All the rest couldn't make it out until next week and I really didn't want to go that long without a window especially knowing some thieves had access at anytime to my vehicle.
