Very happy with the whole thing. First, you beat your big chain competitor by 130 dollars. Everyone at Windshield Guru and Right Auto Glass was very nice on the phone and in person. Showed up at my work, changed out my windshield and off he went. Timely, fast, efficient. No hidden fees. What was quoted is what we paid. I swear the windshield is prettier than the original OEM part. Two heavy rains, no leaks. I'd take a pic, but a big bug committed suicide right after installation on the way home. Great job all!

the service was great, the company also received multiple new business as the neighbors in the community all had their windows replaced. I mean a lot of neighbors, I need another windshield replace they should do it for free or give me a huge discount for all the referrals they got today.

''Auto Glass Direct'' did a professional job on the installation of my windshield. Windshield Guru, I would give a 4 rating. An email regarding 'Your Appointment With Windshield Guru' came at 11:21 today and Auto Glass Direct arrived at 10am. I was expecting a confirmation email with who and what time my appointment would be back on 11/5 when the appointment was scheduled with Luke/Jaylin. I call early today to find out if the appointment was truly scheduled, at which time I was promptly transferred to Roy who confirmed an arrival time. Thanks Terri
