I got a voicemail from the office to set an appointment, I called back they gave me two choices, the first one is 8:00AM to 11:00AM, The second is 1:00PM to 4:00PM, I choose the AM, waited until 10:30 AM no one show up, I called in and he told me the appointment is 8:00AM to 4:00PM, its some kind of missed communication between the net work, when the service van show up, he took out the old windshield but he could not install the new windshield because the windshield had factory defect,the new windshield was in stall in following day, after all the new windshield is looking good.

Great service from local vendor. However, I did not understand that he would charge me $125. On top of the 288$ glass guru charged. 413$ was no bargain. Could have called safelight at that price.
