I got a voicemail from the office to set an appointment, I called back they gave me two choices, the first one is 8:00AM to 11:00AM, The second is 1:00PM to 4:00PM, I choose the AM, waited until 10:30 AM no one show up, I called in and he told me the appointment is 8:00AM to 4:00PM, its some kind of missed communication between the net work, when the service van show up, he took out the old windshield but he could not install the new windshield because the windshield had factory defect,the new windshield was in stall in following day, after all the new windshield is looking good.

Everything went smoothly for my windshield replacement and the finished product looks great. A little feedback to indicate why I did not give 5 starts. 1) The confirmation email that was sent to me this morning did not have a name, phone number, or estimated time for the technician (as I was told it would when I booked the appointment on the phone). 2) The technician did not have any receipt/invoice, paperwork, or information regarding the transaction (even though I was told on the phone that he would), and told me to email in for the invoice receipt. He did not even know the phone number for me to call to get the warranty information (I was told when booking the appointment that he would go over that with me). Other than these things, the technician was kind, quick, and efficient (done within half an hour). I hope to get the invoice and warranty information via email still, but that is all that I need. Thanks for everything.
