By chance, this was the same technician that replaced my windshield last year when it was also hit by a stone. This time as well as the first replacement, he did an excellent, thorough job in a reasonable amount of time. He was courteous, friendly and made certain that the windshield was clean before he left me with instructions now that the job was complete.

Technician never showed up and no one contacted me. Spent the whole Saturday waiting at home on Saturday of Labor Day weekend when I could have been doing something else.
Very disappointing.
Somebody better contact me today which is Tuesday.
