Response time was great and window of availability was also great pre-repair; unfortunately, the post repair with response to unfinished repair is concerning. The repair of the window was completed although the process of inspection to assure all mechanical functions were working was not fulfilled.

The phone operator was kind and called me back as promised fast and easy. The service guy was great really kind person, worked diligently even though it was 95 degrees outside, would recommend him. Only issue is I didn’t receive my receipt, so I will wait a day or so before I contact your company for my record.

This morning at 9:45 Auto Glass Guru installer called; stated they where on their way and the minute they arrived and when right to work on the replacement.
