I honestly got a little scared. I thought he wasn't going to show up. That day rained so we pushed out date out. When he arrived he was super professional. The installer did a good job. He clearly knew what he was doing as I watched him the whole time. He was almost done when he had a small problem and uttered some unwelcome obscenity. I still gave him a good tip but only a 4 overall rather than a 5.
