Things began to improve from there. Barrier Glass eventually arrived at 3:00 PM (delayed by a flat tire by two hours), and the technician replaced the broken side window within an hour's time. He did a good job. I suggest partner companies such as Barrier Glass make sure to phone customers by 9 AM the morning of scheduled service and confirm both that they received orders and what will be the projected time of arrival. I also suggest Windshield Guru provides their service partner's contact information to customers at the time an order is placed.

Arrived on time. Received a call in the AM with a two hour window and the driver showed up when he was supposed to. The installer was professional. Very courteous and competent. Good price.
