Daewoo Auto Glass Repaired or Replaced In Your Driveway!

I was told that someone would call between 9 and 4 on Tuesday 12/3/19 and show up a half hour later to replace my windshield. No one called, no one showed up. I called 844-720-2020 at 4:14pm and spoke to a Hispanic female. She stated I was scheduled for Wednesday 12/3/19 between 10am and 12pm. I told her 12/3/19 is today which is a Tuesday. She indicated someone screwed up the schedule. She then wanted to know if I had a garage someone could work in if it is raining. I told her I do not. She then went on to say that she would have someone call me at some point tomorrow, 12/4/19, to reschedule if it is raining. Not acceptable. I took the day off of work to be at home and waited on 777 Autoglass all day (and it wasn't raining) to come fix my windshield. I want you to take the $278.80 hold off of my bank account immediately so that I can try to find a reputable and trustworthy company to come and replace my windshield. I'm beyond angry and won't use your services again.

Great quick service. Showed up on time and made sure all the glass was cleaned out of the door and all of the window functions were operating correctly. Would recommend to a friend.

First attempt ended with the replacement windshield being broken. A second attempt 1 week later was aborted when Windshield was not sent from Warehouse. Today the new windshield arrived and was installed successfully. Looks good will take it to Car wash in a few days to make sure no leaks. Have to give 4 stars due to issues. Thanks you Mitchel
