The installer was terrific - fast, helpful, and the windshield looks terrific. Getting this appointment actually confirmed today with the sub-contractor was difficult. Rain is forecast and the guy on the phone was less than helpful.

Pros: competitive price, quick call back to schedule appointment, installation took less than an hour, windshield looks good as new.
Cons: Their window of time for appointments is too open. I was told they would be here anywhere between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. I had to wait around the house all day... very inconvenient. Also, I was not impressed with their customer service when I needed to reschedule my appointment.

I have to down grade the previously submitted service rating after noticing lots of broken glass shards on the floor and seat of the van, when I attempted to drive it a couple of days after the new windshield was installed. I had not seen any on the dashboard, but had not looked at the floor on the passenger side.
