Joseph of Kings' Auto glass contacted me to inform me he would arrive at my workplace to replace the rear window between 12 Pm and 1 PM and he indeed came about 12:30 PM within the time frame he stated he would and finished the work quickly. The rear window install looks great.
I will think of you folks next time I need windshield repair on my car.

Technician never showed up and no one contacted me. Spent the whole Saturday waiting at home on Saturday of Labor Day weekend when I could have been doing something else.
Very disappointing.
Somebody better contact me today which is Tuesday.

Pros: competitive price, quick call back to schedule appointment, installation took less than an hour, windshield looks good as new.
Cons: Their window of time for appointments is too open. I was told they would be here anywhere between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. I had to wait around the house all day... very inconvenient. Also, I was not impressed with their customer service when I needed to reschedule my appointment.
