I feel this is the worst service and customer service I’ve ever received! They sent email confirmed the appointment but no show!no contact! They kept saying will call After we Called many times! However they never called ! The person who answered phone was really rude and no professional manner ! Hang up the phone without giving any information useful! The conversation was end with no solution!

It was very pleasant to work with everyone involved - sales, customer service and the tech that installed my glass in less than 30 minutes. There was a little confusion around the service address, as mistakenly my billing city and zip was reported on the ticket, but the tech was very easy to communicate with (call and text) and it didn't take away from the excellent overall experience. Thank you!

The service was great. They took a all the mess out of a messy situation. Called on a Monday and by Wednesday my rear wind shield was replaced. They came to my house and were done in an hour. The technician was a really nice guy too. I followed the directions he gave me and haven't had any problems since. Would definitely recommend.
