When I made the appointment the lady that helped me was really nice and helpful. But the man that came to replace my windshield was not friendly at all, kind of rude in that when he was finished he just handed me the keys and didn’t explain anything that he had done. He just said not to take tape off and not to wash my car.

On time, pleasant, very efficient, did a fantastic job! The whole procedure took less than an hour! Should I ever have another problem I will contact this business again! Just a side note I had contacted SafeLite and they changed their price and added additional charges within 5 minutes! Auto Glass Guru quoted me a price, stuck with the price, and did an excellent job staying in contact with me. Thank you it could have not been a better experience!!!! I give you a 10+ rating! The installer's car was leaking oil and he parked in my driveway so my drive way is ruined with engine oil. I should get a discount for that. I cant't review on the job now because i have to wait 24 hours before I can drive the car. Y'all need to tell installer's not to park in customer's driveway. My order number is 780357
